Fiona Hart started wrestling in 2015 with Chum Sut Tigers Wrestling Team Lisburn and her passion for wrestling expanded into coaching after assisting in the training sessions with the junior club. In February 2017 Fiona became a UKCC Level 1 Wrestling coach and assists with both the Junior and Senior classes at club. Fiona is also a Chum Sut Martial Arts Academy Coach with the Chum Sut Martial Arts Program -Teens and Minis clubs.
A major role that Fiona has undertaken within Chum Sut Martial Arts Academy is as both Welfare Officer and Designated Safeguarding Children’s Officer, ensuring the club meets the standards for athlete welfare and the protection of children in sport.
Fiona is also a Volunteer with Special Olympics Ulster/Ireland and runs a very successful Special Olympics Swimming club in Lisburn and also sits on the committee for Lisburn 2Gether Special Olympics Club which encompasses several Special Olympics sports within the Lisburn area.
Fiona has experience in other sports competing at national level in Tae-Kwon-Do and at local level in Equestrian events – Dressage and Equitation Riding.
